Different lists have different effects

Site administration is separate from guild staff authority. The service operator provisions site administrators; owning a guild or naming a rank “Admin” does not grant global blacklist management access.

Request registration

Open Requests and appeals, or use /blacklist-case request. Select user/server, provide the target ID and category, and submit a statement of 20–4,000 characters with 1–3 HTTPS evidence links. The case is private to its author and site administrators. Submission alone does not add an entry. Case notifications carry a private link and status rather than publishing the allegation or evidence. Duplicate open cases are restricted, with new submissions capped at five per hour and twenty per day per author.

Submit an appeal

Use Appeal my user entry for your own active entry. For a server entry, sign in as its current owner and provide its server ID. The website can verify ownership even after the bot has left that server. Discord also offers /blacklist-case appeal. Select the exact entry and explain why it should be reconsidered. Respond in the same case when more information is requested. /blacklist-case status or the website shows progress. Withdrawing a case does not remove an existing entry.

Administrator decisions

Site administrators review /admin/blacklist-cases or /blacklist-case review. They can approve, reject, request information or close with a reason. They cannot decide their own case. An approved appeal revokes only the selected original entry if its current version still matches. It does not reverse unrelated punishments or automatically reinvite the bot. After a guild denial is lifted, an authorized server member must invite it again. DM notifications are best-effort. The case page is the source for the recorded decision when a DM is blocked or an older notification is superseded.
